Choosing a PE sheet supplier means checking the specification and evidence behind the quotation, not just photographs or a low price. We supply PE sheets, including HDPE, and review the material configuration, dimensions and requested machining for each order.

Verify the supplier and material
Before selecting a supplier, check these points against the actual quotation and the proposed material:
- Supplier identity: Check the company name and factory location against its current contact details and quotation. Ask which site will make the sheets and whether the quoted scope includes cutting or machining. Confirm the address and contact person before arranging a visit or delivery.
- Material designation: Ask for the specific PE type and grade, with the proposed color and additives. HDPE and UHMW-PE are not interchangeable descriptions. A generic PE label does not establish UV stabilization, suitability for food contact or chemical resistance in your application.
- Technical data: Request the technical data sheet (TDS) for the quoted grade and check its date, units, test methods and stated conditions. Typical values are not a test report for your delivery. Identify which requirements, if any, will be guaranteed in the order.
- Order records: Ask which material labels, batch numbers, delivery documents or inspection records can be linked to the shipment. Agree any required documents before ordering; do not assume that every supplier provides the same records.
- Dimensions and tolerances: Distinguish full sheets, cut-to-size blanks and finished parts. Specify thickness, width and length, critical dimensions, tolerances, surface condition and any machining allowance. Agree how and under what conditions the dimensions will be measured.
Compare samples and quotations
- Define the application: Describe loads, sliding contact, chemicals, operating temperatures and indoor or outdoor use. Ask the supplier to explain the proposed grade against these conditions, rather than accepting a general list of applications.
- Identify the sample: Record its grade, thickness, color and surface, and confirm whether the bulk order will use the same material configuration. A small sample passing your checks does not prove that every sheet in a later shipment will pass.
- Compare the same scope: Check quantities, sheet dimensions, cutting or machining, inspection documents, packaging and lead time on each quotation. To discuss our offer, send us your PE sheet requirements with the drawing if parts need machining.
- Approve the specification: Settle the drawing revision, acceptance criteria, required documents and delivery terms before production. If you need a factory video, a visit or additional tests, ask what is available and agree the arrangements; photographs alone do not verify a specific order.
Our PE sheet supply and machining scope
We quote cut-to-size PE sheets and drawing-based plastic parts after reviewing your application and required dimensions. State whether you need unfinished blanks or ready-to-fit parts. The quotation will identify the proposed material grade, available sheet configuration and scope of cutting or machining.

Agree inspection and delivery terms
- Inspection: Agree dimensional and surface checks, sampling and acceptance criteria before production. Additional performance tests and their methods, cost and reporting must be confirmed separately.
- Packaging: Specify sheet support, surface and edge protection, labeling and any pallet or crate requirements. Confirm package dimensions and weight for your transport and handling arrangements.
- Receipt checks: Compare the delivered quantity, labels, visible condition and agreed dimensions with the order and delivery documents. Record discrepancies promptly and keep the relevant packaging and labels for follow-up.
