We manufacture PP sheets and PE sheets, including HDPE, for industrial buyers. HDPE is a type of polyethylene, not a separate polymer family. We review the grade, dimensions and fabrication required for your application before quoting.
Our Factory and Product Range
Hebei Zhihong Plastic Products Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in 2012 in Hebei, China. Our range includes plastic sheets, two-color HDPE engraving boards, ground protection mats and custom-machined parts. We quote sheet supply and fabrication separately so you can see what is included.
Specialist sheet options in our product range:
- Two-color HDPE engraving sheets: Specify the color combination, thickness, engraving depth and surface finish for the sign or panel.
- HDPE sheets for chemical-service applications: If PE100 is specified, confirm the offered resin grade and documentation. Compatibility depends on the chemical, concentration, temperature and service conditions.
- HDPE sheets for marine applications: Tell us the intended component and exposure conditions. The term marine-grade does not by itself establish UV performance or classification-society approval.
- Flame-retardant PP sheets: State the required test method and classification. The offered material and sheet configuration must be checked against that requirement; no fire rating is implied by the name alone.
- Glass-fiber-reinforced polypropylene (FRPP) sheets: FRPP identifies glass-fiber reinforcement in our product range, not flame-retardant PP. Confirm the grade and machining requirements for the part.
- PP-R sheets: PP-R denotes random-copolymer polypropylene. Sheet stock is not automatically pressure-rated piping or an approved drinking-water or heating system.
- PP-A polypropylene sheets: PP-A is our product designation. It does not mean polyphthalamide (PPA); confirm the actual resin grade and specification for the order.
- PP sheets for aquaculture tanks and liners: Review water chemistry, temperature, cleaning chemicals, joining and tank design before selecting the sheet.
For a specified grade, standard or test requirement, agree the material description and supporting-document scope with us before ordering. A product name alone is not a certificate.
What We Confirm Before Production
Material: The polymer family, grade description, color and any additive or reinforcement requirement.
Dimensions: Thickness, width, length and the agreed tolerances, rather than nominal size alone.
Fabrication: Cutting, drilling or CNC machining, based on the drawing and the features we agree to supply.
Inspection: Dimensions, surface condition and any requested test or inspection record. Confirm which documents are included in the quotation.
Delivery: Quantity, packaging, destination and the quoted production schedule.
Application Details That Affect Material Selection
The same polymer can be supplied in different grades and configurations. For these applications, send us the working conditions as well as the dimensions:
- Chemical equipment and liners: Identify the chemical, concentration, operating temperature, exposure time and mechanical loads.
- Construction and temporary access: For ground protection mats, specify the ground conditions, expected traffic and installation plan. Sheet stock is not automatically a load-rated structural component.
- Marine fabrication: Identify outdoor exposure, fasteners, support spacing and the purpose of the finished component.
- Aquaculture: Describe water treatment, cleaning, joining and the loads on the tank or liner. Finished-system suitability needs a design review.
- Machined industrial parts: Provide the drawing, critical dimensions, hole positions and surface requirements so we can review the machining scope.
Chemical resistance, UV performance, food-contact suitability and fire classification depend on the offered grade and its supporting evidence. Do not assume those properties from PP, PE or HDPE alone.

For sheet supply: List the material, thickness, width, length, color, surface finish and quantity.
For fabricated parts: Send a dimensioned drawing, revision number and any critical tolerances.
For export delivery: Give the destination country or port and any packaging, marking or handling constraints.
To start a quotation: Send us your sheet or part specification. If the grade is undecided, describe the application so we can discuss the available options.
We will identify the proposed material configuration, supply scope and any open specification points in the quotation. Ask us to clarify them before you approve production.
Bulk Orders: Sample, Inspection and Packing
- Sample review: If a sample is required, agree the material, color, surface and dimensions it should represent. A sample is not a substitute for the full order specification.
- Inspection scope: Agree the dimensions to check, the acceptance criteria and the records you need before the order is confirmed.
- Packing: Confirm sheet protection, pallet or crate dimensions, marking and loading requirements for the destination.
