We supply polypropylene (PP) sheets for industrial projects and repeat orders. Buying directly from our factory lets you discuss the sheet specification, cutting or machining, and export packing together. The agreed specification, rather than the material name alone, defines what we supply.
Before production, we review the application, required material grade, sheet dimensions and quantity. If the part will encounter chemicals, outdoor exposure or elevated temperatures, include those conditions so we can assess the proposed material without assuming every PP sheet performs the same way.
1. Production and Inspection Requirements
During extrusion, we monitor process conditions such as temperature and pressure to support consistent thickness and surface condition. For the purchase specification, identify the required grade and agree the nominal thickness, width and length together with their tolerances.
Specify any flatness, appearance or inspection-record requirements before placing the order. Sheet dimensional tolerances and finished-part tolerances are separate requirements. We confirm the checks and documents available for the particular order; do not assume a general PP description establishes a certification or a test result.
2. Packing and Shipment
After inspection, sheets are prepared for shipment according to their size and transport method. Packing needs to protect the surfaces and edges and support the sheets during handling.
Protective film, cushioning, pallets or wooden crates can be discussed for the order. Confirm whether film is needed for surface protection, how the load will be secured, and any destination-specific requirements for wooden packaging and shipment markings.
Production lead time is not the same as transit time. Material availability, sheet dimensions, quantity and additional machining affect the production schedule. We confirm the proposed ready-for-shipment date and transport arrangements in the quotation rather than treating an arrival date as a fixed factory lead time.
3. Cut-to-Size Sheets and CNC-Machined Parts
For cut-to-size sheets, state the finished length and width, thickness, colour, surface finish and quantity. If several sizes are needed, provide a cutting list rather than only the total sheet area. We assess the requested dimensions and processing scope before quoting.
For CNC-machined parts, send the drawing revision and identify critical dimensions, hole positions, tolerances and edge requirements. The drawing helps distinguish the starting sheet from the finished component and lets us review machining feasibility and material allowance.
Planning a repeat order?
Reference the previous order and note any changes to the material, drawing, colour or inspection requirements. If a sample is used for approval, record the agreed features in the purchase specification so the next order is not based on an unidentified sample alone.
