1. Production and quality checks
During extrusion, process conditions such as temperature and pressure are monitored to support consistent thickness and surface condition. The requirements for each order are reviewed before production starts.
Dimensions, surface condition and any other inspection points are agreed according to the application. Please tell us in advance if your order requires particular checks or documents.
2. Packing and shipment
After inspection, sheets are prepared for shipment according to their dimensions and transport method.
Moisture-protection film, cushioning materials, pallets or wooden crates for export can be discussed according to the order and route.
Lead time depends on material, dimensions, quantity, additional machining and destination. We confirm it in the quotation.
3. Standard and custom sheet supply
Direct supply from the factory allows material selection, production, machining and packing to be discussed with one technical team. We review both standard sizes and custom requirements.
Please share the required thickness, dimensions, colour, cut-to-size requirements or CNC machining. We will assess technical feasibility for the requested specification.
