We supply solid polypropylene (PP) sheets from our factory in China, with cut-to-size and drawing-based machining options. Our PP sheet range includes different material grades and finishes. For a quotation, tell us what the sheet or finished part must do, not just its color and thickness.
Choose the Sheet Format for Your Application
Solid PP sheet and hollow, corrugated PP board are different constructions. Lightweight packaging or printed signs may require a fluted board, while a machined component needs a suitable solid sheet. State the construction on your request so that we quote the right product.
- Chemical equipment: provide the chemicals, concentrations, operating temperature and contact time. A tank, lining or duct also needs a design and joint specification; the polymer name alone does not establish suitability.
- Machined components: send the drawing revision, hole positions, critical dimensions, tolerances and edge requirements. Distinguish stock sheet dimensions from the dimensions of the finished part.
- Packaging and printed displays: specify solid or hollow construction, the printing process and the required surface treatment. Printing or adhesive bonding should not be assumed to work on an untreated PP surface.
Match the PP Grade to the Job
PP-H is polypropylene homopolymer; PP-B is block copolymer and PP-R is random copolymer. These names are not interchangeable. Stiffness and impact behavior depend on the actual grade and temperature. If you need impact-modified material, give the performance requirement rather than ordering an undefined “premium” board.

For chemical service, outdoor exposure or a specified fire rating, ask for data relevant to the proposed formulation and conditions of use. We will identify the configuration offered in the quotation. A general PP density or thickness range is not a specification for every grade.
Ordering, Samples and Export Packing
Can you supply PP sheets to our drawing?
We can review cutting, drilling and CNC machining from a dimensioned drawing. Include the drawing revision, fit requirements and any welded or printed features. The quotation should state which operations are included and which need separate review.
What is the MOQ, and can we request a sample?
MOQ depends on the grade, color, sheet dimensions and production quantity. Tell us whether you need a trial order or repeat supply. Sample availability, sample size and any sample or freight charges are agreed before dispatch; a sample should represent the material you intend to buy.
Which documents should we request for a PP sheet order?
Specify the material data, inspection records or application-specific reports you need. An ISO 9001 certificate concerns the organization's quality management system, not a sheet's performance. A testing body's name does not identify the test scope, and RoHS relates to restricted substances in electrical and electronic equipment. We confirm which documents are available and whether they cover the proposed material and requirement.
How are production and delivery dates confirmed?
Send the quantity, destination and required arrival date. We check the material, fabrication work and packing before confirming a production schedule. Transit time is separate from manufacturing lead time, so the shipping method and delivery terms also need to be stated.
How will the PP sheets be packed?
Packing is planned around the sheet dimensions, shipment size and transport route. State any film protection, edge protection, pallet or crate requirements, package limits and shipping marks. The agreed packing arrangement should be included in the order.
