We manufacture HDPE sheets in China and supply full sheets, cut-to-size panels and parts made from buyer drawings. Our PE and HDPE sheet range includes options for industrial fabrication, coloured panels and projects with specific exposure requirements.
Factory-direct purchasing lets you discuss the sheet, processing and packing in one quotation. For outdoor use, identify the required UV-stabilized formulation and exposure conditions; ordinary HDPE should not be assumed to have a verified outdoor service life.
To order from our factory:
- Describe the application and required grade, then specify thickness, length, width, colour, surface finish and quantity.
- Send a cutting list for cut panels or a dimensioned drawing for machined parts. Mark critical dimensions, tolerances, holes and edge details.
- Agree the offered specification, minimum order quantity, price, inspection, packing and ready-for-shipment date before placing the order.
A local stockist may suit a small, urgent order for standard sheet sizes. A factory quotation is useful when you need custom dimensions, repeat quantities or drawing-based processing. Tell us whether you need a sample, trial batch or bulk order so availability and cost can be quoted for the actual request.
Choose the HDPE Sheet for Your Application
The following options address different purchasing needs. Compare the offered grade and its documentation, rather than treating every HDPE sheet as interchangeable.
1. General-Purpose HDPE Sheets
General-purpose HDPE is a starting point for equipment panels, trays, guards and machined components. Ask for the required thickness, including enquiries in the 3–40 mm range, together with length, width and tolerances. Available sizes are confirmed in the quotation; chemical contact, temperature and sustained loading need separate review.
2. Sheets Specified as PE100
If your drawing specifies PE100, send that requirement rather than substituting a sheet labelled only HDPE. PE100 is a polyethylene material classification based on long-term hydrostatic strength, not a general premium-quality label. The offered resin identification and supporting data need to match the specification; PE100 alone does not establish UV resistance or a minimum operating temperature.
3. Two-Colour HDPE Sheets
Our two-colour HDPE sheets are an option for signs, engraved panels and colour-defined OEM parts. Specify the surface and contrasting colour, finished thickness and engraving detail. “Two-colour” describes the colour combination, not necessarily a two-layer construction; agree the layer arrangement and sample appearance for the offered sheet.
4. HDPE Sheets for Marine and Outdoor Projects
For boat panels, wet-service parts or coastal equipment, provide the sunlight exposure, temperature, mounting arrangement and loads. Discuss a formulation suited to those conditions. A marine-use description does not itself establish a certification, structural load rating or resistance to marine fouling.
Use a sample to check what matters to the finished part.
A sample can help assess colour, texture, engraving contrast or a machining trial. State what you want to evaluate and record the approved features in the order. A visual sample does not replace material identification or performance evidence for a critical application.
Agree Inspection and Packing
- Dimensions: distinguish sheet tolerances from finished-part tolerances and agree how critical features will be measured.
- Inspection: define the surface acceptance criteria and required records before production; confirm which checks and documents are included.
- Packing: specify surface and edge protection, pallet or crate requirements, shipment markings and any destination-specific wooden-packaging rules.
