We manufacture HDPE sheets in China for industrial buyers who need full sheets, cut-to-size blanks or parts machined to a drawing. Our quotation identifies the material, dimensions and processing included, so you can compare the offered sheet or part against your project requirements.

Sheet Material and Specifications
HDPE is a material family, not a complete purchasing specification. Send the required grade or an existing material data sheet when replacing a component. We review the requested dimensions, color and surface before confirming the configuration we can supply.
- Material: identify any resin-grade, virgin-material or recycled-content requirement. If UV, antistatic or flame performance is needed, give the test requirement; the available formulation must be confirmed.
- Dimensions: give thickness, width, length and units. Distinguish the sheet or blank size from finished-part dimensions, and include machining allowance where needed.
- Color and surface: specify natural or a color reference, together with a smooth or textured finish. We confirm availability for the proposed grade and thickness rather than assuming every combination is available.
- Acceptance limits: identify the thickness tolerance, flatness and visible surface requirements that matter to your use. Agree these for the offered sheet before production.
Cutting and CNC-Machined Parts
For cut blanks or machined parts, send the drawing revision, part quantity, hole positions, edge details and critical tolerances. A cut-to-size sheet and a finished CNC-machined part have different inspection requirements. We review the drawing and processing scope before quotation.
HDPE changes dimensions with temperature. Tell us the assembly and operating conditions when fit is important, and agree the conditions for dimensional inspection. A nominal sheet size or stock-sheet tolerance is not a guarantee that every finished feature will meet the same limit.
Application Conditions to Review
HDPE is part of our polyethylene sheet range. The grade should suit the actual service conditions. Tell us how the sheet or part will be used, not only the industry name, so we can review the proposed material and any evidence required.
- Chemical contact: identify the medium, concentration, operating temperature, exposure time and mechanical load. General chemical-resistance descriptions do not cover every chemical or mixture.
- Outdoor or marine use: state sunlight exposure, temperature range and installation conditions. Confirm the UV-stabilized grade where required; color alone does not establish outdoor durability.
- Food or drinking-water contact: state the destination market and intended contact conditions. Request documents for the exact offered material and use, rather than relying on a general food-grade description.
What the HDPE Sheet Price Includes
We quote against the agreed grade, dimensions, quantity and fabrication scope. Material use, cutting layout, machining operations, surface requirements and packing all affect the order cost. Freight is included only when it is part of the agreed quotation.
When comparing offers, check whether the price is per sheet, per kilogram or per finished part. Compare the same grade, dimensions and included operations; a lower unit rate may describe a different supply scope.
- Order quantity: specify sheets, blanks or finished parts. MOQ and pricing are confirmed for the requested configuration, including any trial or repeat-order requirement.
- Processing: check which cutting, drilling, machining and finishing operations are included, and which features will be inspected against the drawing.
- Samples: confirm availability, what the sample represents, and any sample or freight cost before dispatch. A sample is not a substitute for the required technical documentation.
Production, Packing and Delivery Planning
Once the specification is agreed, we confirm the proposed production schedule and packing method for the order. Tell us which technical, inspection or origin documents are required before placing the order; availability and coverage need to be checked for the material and destination.
- Packing: agree protective film if needed, edge protection, pallet or crate requirements, package dimensions and weights, and unloading restrictions.
- Production: confirm the date the goods are expected to be ready after reviewing material availability, quantity and fabrication. Do not treat that date as arrival at your destination.
- Shipping: give the destination port or place and agree the quotation's freight, insurance and import-clearance responsibilities. Transit, customs and inland delivery are separate from production.
