Product Overview:
This PE thermoforming roll material is designed for frozen food trays, ready-meal containers and microwaveable packaging. Produced from 100% virgin PE resin (no recycled content, no fillers), it offers stable forming behavior, high transparency and food-contact safety, making it suitable for automated thermoforming lines and long-term bulk supply.

Material Options (By Application):
- HDPE: higher rigidity, heat resistance and stress crack resistance; suitable for structural trays and thicker food containers
- LDPE: softer and more flexible; commonly used where impact absorption is required
- LLDPE: improved toughness, bending resistance and surface gloss; widely used as a replacement for LDPE in thermoforming packaging
Material formulation can be adjusted according to forming depth, stiffness requirement, transparency level and end-use temperature.
Thermal & Chemical Performance:
PE is a stable thermoplastic with a typical melting range of 110–130°C. It maintains good mechanical strength at low temperatures and performs reliably in frozen storage environments. The material shows excellent resistance to most acids, alkalis and common food-contact chemicals at room temperature, ensuring long service life during processing and use.
For outdoor storage or extended shelf-life requirements, antioxidants and UV stabilizers can be incorporated upon request.
Electrical & Safety Properties:
As a non-polar material, PE features low dielectric loss and high dielectric strength. It is non-toxic, odorless and recyclable, meeting common requirements for food packaging and industrial processing environments.
