Describe the Required Sheet
State the intended application and the HDPE material requirement. Include thickness, width, length, quantity, colour, surface condition and any tolerance that matters to the application. If a grade, performance or compliance requirement is critical, provide the exact standard or document needed.
Explain Processing Requirements
For cut-to-size work, holes, CNC machining or other fabricated features, send the current drawing and identify the relevant dimensions, tolerances and visible surfaces. We review feasibility against the material, geometry and order requirement before confirming the processing scope.
Agree Inspection and Documents for the Order
List the inspection points, material identification, photos, labels or reports required for the order. We confirm the availability and scope of each item in the quotation or order confirmation.
Include Packing and Delivery Conditions
Provide quantity, delivery destination, handling limitations and any packing or marking requirement. Do not treat an unstated packing, delivery or commercial condition as included.
