Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW-PE) Sheet is a thermoplastic engineering plastic that combines the excellent properties of all types of plastics. Compared with high-density polyethylene, it has higher mechanical performance, outstanding wear resistance, impact resistance, low-temperature resistance, low friction coefficient, excellent stress cracking resistance, creep resistance at high temperatures, self-lubrication, chemical corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, noise damping, and resistance to nuclear radiation. It can replace materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and bronze in industries like textiles, papermaking, food machinery, transportation, medical, mining, and chemical engineering.
